Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

The information provided in this refund policy is for clarity regarding our business practices. By booking services with Supreme K9 Academy, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We stand by the quality of our training programs and techniques, ensuring clients receive expert guidance to achieve their goals. Due to the nature of dog training, results depend on owner participation, consistency, and following the provided guidance—therefore, refunds are generally not offered.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Supreme K9 Academy, we guarantee our expertise, training knowledge, and methodology. However, dog training requires ongoing effort and commitment from the owner, and we cannot control how well training is implemented outside of sessions. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except in extreme situations, at our sole discretion

Exceptions for Refund Consideration

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Severe medical emergency that prevents the client from continuing training.

  • Dog is rehomed, deceased, or diagnosed with a serious medical condition preventing training.

  • Trainer is unable to fulfill services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., injury, long-term illness).

Refund requests must be made in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, any refund may be prorated based on services already rendered.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited session.

  • If a session is canceled by Supreme K9 Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
